Barron Collier Commercial, a professional property management firm specializing in the management of office buildings and retail centers has been operating in Southwest Florida since 1994.

Our range of real estate expertise extends from acquisition, civil engineering, and land development to vertical construction, leasing, and property management. Our roots in real estate began in 1911, when our founder, Barron Gift Collier, purchased Useppa Island. You could say our hearts have been in real estate for over a century.

We call Naples, Florida our home, but our investment interests extend throughout the United States. Whether we are in a partnership on a new ground-up office complex, a joint venture bringing together aligned investment associates, or managing our legacy assets, Barron Collier Commercial is leading the charge on smart real estate development, investment, and management.
