BARRON COLLIER COMPANIES SELLS GRANADA SHOPPES IN NORTH NAPLES FOR $97 MILLION

NAPLES, FL., — January 5, 2022— Barron Collier Companies announces the sale of Granada Shoppes in North Naples, Florida for $97 million to Brixmor Property Group.

 

The community shopping center, jointly owned by Barron Collier Companies and Courtelis Company, was developed by the two companies in 2001 on 39 acres privately owned by Barron Collier Companies. National tenants include Trader Joes, Hobby Lobby, P.F. Chang’s, Marshall’s, Chuck E. Cheese, and Dollar Tree in addition to several regional and local tenants. “Granada Shoppes is a high-quality asset with great tenants that we developed and have owned with our partner for many years. We wish the new owner the best moving forward,” said Brian Goguen, chief investment officer for Barron Collier Companies.

Granada Shoppes is located at 10940 Tamiami Trail North on one of the busiest corners in Naples, Florida. Daily traffic counts for the busy area include over 50,000 vehicles along Tamiami Trail North and over 38,000 vehicles along Immokalee Road. With an average household income of over $80,000 for households within a one-mile radius and over $126,000 within a three-mile radius, Granada Shoppes attracts a high-end customer base.
